Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 if using convection oven)

Lightly grease a 13″ x 9″ baking pan

In a medium bowl, mix oats and both sugars. Pour melted butter over and mix well to combine.

Use back of wooden spoon to press mixture into bottom of pan

Bake in oven for 18 minutes (don’t overbake)

Place pan on cooling rack and cool completely.

In microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread over cooled oat mixture and chill in refrigerator until set.

Cut into squares for serving.
